Problem

The Tourismusverband Seiser Alm represents one of the most stunning, expansive high-altitude alpine pastures in Europe.

However, traditional tourism marketing naturally skews toward an older, leisure-focused demographic.

The challenge was clear: how does a heritage alpine destination modernize its image to attract younger tourists and the next generation of winter sports enthusiasts, without alienating its traditional visitor base or relying on forced, inauthentic youth marketing.

Solution

To gain genuine cultural relevance, you can't just talk at a younger demographic, you have to speak their language through the channels they already trust.

Instead of standard tourism brochures, we engineered a strategic cooperation between the Tourismusverband and Pleasure Snowboard Magazine, integrating heavy-hitting action sports brands like Monster Energy.

By showcasing local talent and the world-class Snowpark Seiser Alm through the lens of a highly respected endemic snowboard magazine, we shifted the narrative from "scenic holiday spot" to "premier action sports destination." We let the core snowboarding community organically validate the location.

Partnering with Pleasure Magazine and top-tier riders broke through the typical "travel ad" blindness, securing massive organic reach across highly targeted social channels.

Cultural Credibility Secured

Transitioned Seiser Alm’s brand perception to ensure it is now actively recognized as a top-tier European hub for the freeski and snowboard community.
